Tina joined Softworld in October of 2013. She has over 18 years of experience in the staffing industry with a strength in delivering talent to both commercial and government sectors on a nationwide basis. She has been both a successful manager as well as an individual recruiter.
As recruiting manager for Softworld’s functional sector, she runs a senior-level team that is dedicated to going above and beyond to provide outstanding talent in roles that range from senior management to niche applications specialists on both a contract and direct hire basis. Her strength is growing relationships and providing expert guidance to the recruiting team.
